Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Booking Terms and Conditions By booking one of our excursions, the customer agrees to the following conditions: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of the activity incur no penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours before the start of the activity will incur a penalty of 30% of the total booking amount. In case of no-show on the day of the excursion, a penalty of 100% of the total amount will be charged. Liability and Insurance: The client declares at the time of booking that he/she is in good physical condition and that he/she is not suffering from any medical condition (e.g., cardiac or other relevant condition) that may jeopardize the safety or performance of the activity. The client agrees that he/she is solely responsible for his/her own conduct during the activity and that he/she has adequate personal insurance coverage. In the event of an accident, injury, or hospitalization, any medical, transportation, or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the client.
